A Louis Vuitton Hotel in 2026 ?

Louis Vuitton never ceases to amaze us! After the art of the table, Louis Vuitton has decided to open a new location for these wonderful pieces: a hotel! The brand is aiming high for 2026, and plans to open a luxury hotel in Paris!

It will be on the Champs-Elysées, at 103-111 avenue des Champs-Elysées (the site of the HSBC bank) that this hotel will open its doors, it has been made official on September 28, 2023.

According to reports, the site was to have been occupied by the House of Dior, which wanted to open a huge boutique. But the brand seized the opportunity and implemented this extraordinary idea.

The hotel is a landmark in the brand's history, as it is its very first luxury hotel, and ranks alongside Armani and Christian Louboutin with the Vermelho Melides.

According to Jeanne d'Hauteserre, LR mayor of the 8th arrondissement, the 6,000-square-meter project will see the light of day in 2026. "Everyone wants to be on the Champs-Élysées", she says (news Paris).

The chosen location will only accentuate the beauty of this avenue, which welcomes almost 300,000 visitors a day.

During construction, the facade will echo the brand with a metallic mesh of wood and aluminum.

"The members of the commission were unanimous in their approval, and even in their congratulations. The opening is scheduled for 2026, but delays are already to be expected, not least because the work will not be able to progress during the 2024 Olympic Games," the mayor told Iconic Business.
