Booboon is a Tokyo-based design studio created by Richard Bone and Jisu Yun. Both finalists of the last OLEDs Go! competition from Dezeen and LG Display, they designed a TV named Totem with a very special design. This duo of designers succeeded in using the lightness, thinness, flexibility, and transparency of OLED screens to make this television compatible with all the actions of everyday life. By rolling on itself horizontally and vertically, Totem can be transformed into a speaker or support to watch social networks and entertainment. Endlessly expandable, Totem blends perfectly with the decor of any interior with its minimalist aesthetic and simple colors. Not available for sale at the moment, Booboon is waiting for the results of the OLEDs GO! contest in June.

LG Display has addressed its big fans of science fiction who dream of a transparent television, with the help of some designers they have managed to create a usable transparent television. Indeed, the problem with transparent screens is that during the daylight hours some colors can't come out, or even be invisible for dark colors when there is too much light. Based on this, LG has designed this television with wooden shutters behind the screen, adjustable according to your desires. Thanks to this, the switched-off television becomes a decorative object in its own right.

Intended to be admired by all, Samsung's latest television, C SEED N1, is more like a work of art in a museum than an everyday object. Composed of 5 screens, the TV unfolds and folds on itself in slow-motion worthy of impressive artistic performance. For $190,000, opinions on its "waking" form are contradictory, some see it as a sculpture and others as a very imposing element. However, one cannot take away its majestic and architectural aspects.
