ISPO marks a special focus on women with ISPO Women's Day. How do women fit into the sporting world? A very interesting moment that marks an important focus on women. Lectures were given by Nicola Winter, the second female fighter pilot, accompanied by Ruth Oberrauch's movement to enable women to reclaim their free time and take an interest in the mountains.

This was followed by the Material Lab, where visitors could test, touch and produce numerous innovations in sustainable materials: yarns, biodegradable textiles, etc. It was also time to discover the production cycle of a living material: mycelium.

ISPO has made way for technology by blending digital and sport. Inno Lab, this collaboration with NOW Partners puts the spotlight on E-Sport, a new way of playing sports digitally. This fusion between technology and the sports industry offers great opportunities to share skills and sporting values.

This event was the perfect opportunity to talk to a large number of enriching people, and to broaden your network as well as to get inspired, as many exemplary career paths were present. ISPO bridges the gap between professional and amateur, providing an interactive hub for encounters to flourish.

Recycling is a major concern, as sport is also about respecting the environment. The sports industry is keen to adopt important measures: minimizing waste, recycling resources and enhancing the longevity of sports equipment and infrastructure. These decisions underline the fact that sport is all about respect for the environment.
