PREMIERE CLASSE, 35 YEARS OF CREATION IN PERPETUAL RENEWAL

Always more ambition, always more surprises, always more success. This year, from March 1 to 4, Premiere Classe brought together 350 exhibitors and 13,000 visitors from all over the world in the Tuileries Gardens, which for a long weekend became the epicenter of Paris Fashion Week. As this anniversary edition draws to a close, Premiere Classe is proud to announce results that once again demonstrate its role as a catalyst for creation.

“Premiere Classe is evolving at top speed. This year’s edition is a more than successful gamble, and full of lessons to be learned: we’ve proved that it’s still possible to launch things that work very well, and continue to raise the profile of creation. With Matter and Shape, we were able to arouse the curiosity of buyers and the Fashion Week ecosystem, and create moments of surprise, with a new project initiating cross-visits between the different sectors now represented at the show. We’re leaving full of energy, ideas and things to implement to continue to surprise, and above all to defend creation, whatever form it takes.”
Frédéric Maus, WS General Manager

35 years after its creation, Premiere Classe continues to prove its longevity, driven by WSN’s ambition to push the boundaries of novelty ever further. With 25% of new brands and designers, this year’s edition was marked by renewal and daring. The idea is to initiate encounters between the heritage of institutional brands and determined young designers, where everyone shares their knowledge and experience to renew the strengths of a sector on the move. Within this large family, Premiere Classe takes on the role of mentor more than ever, attracting an ever more specialized and varied visitor base and enabling designers and brands to engage in dialogue, so that the magic of creation can take place.
