Pharrell Williams presents his first collection for Louis Vuitton in Los Angeles
For his very first collection at Louis Vuitton, Pharrell Williams officially opened a new ephemeral men's boutique in West Hollywood, Los Angeles. Open to the public from January 4 to mid-March, the pop-up, located on Melrose Avenue, recreates the famous Pont Neuf in Paris, where the creative director and successor to Virgil Abloh notably presented his SS24 show last June.
Once inside, visitors are transported to France, thanks to the prestigious luxury brand's meticulous attention to detail, with no expense spared. The space's gilded interior décor mimics the lampposts and architectural moldings of Paris's iconic Pont Neuf.
However, the most curious visitors will have the opportunity to discover, inside the boutique, a Speakeasy-inspired room. This secret space houses six Speedy bags in bright colors - green, yellow, red, blue - available in leather for the first time since their introduction in 1930.
