KITH X NANZUKA

Kith Tokyo celebrated its 5th anniversary this year by joining forces with contemporary art gallery Nanzuka, which marked its 20th anniversary, to launch an exclusive capsule collection blending streetwear and contemporary art. The collaboration highlighted two iconic Japanese artists, Keiichi Tanaami and Hajime Sorayama, who reimagined Kith’s universe through limited-edition pieces.

Tanaami’s creations stood out with colorful pop illustrations that redefined each letter of the Kith logo, featured on a white t-shirt and a black crewneck. Sorayama, meanwhile, brought his futuristic touch with visuals inspired by his famous “Sexy Robot” series, presented on two t-shirts enhanced with a metallic Kith logo. One of the three t-shirt versions remained exclusive to the Japanese market, reinforcing the collection’s collector appeal.

The capsule was released on August 11 across Kith stores, online, and through the Kith app, as well as via lottery at the Tokyo and Osaka locations. This collaboration reflected not only Kith’s commitment to innovation through art but also its strong ties to Tokyo’s cultural scene.
