GIORGIO ARMANI : MILANO, PER AMORE
From September 24, 2025, to January 11, 2026, the Pinacoteca di Brera in Milan hosts Giorgio Armani: Milano, per amore, a retrospective dedicated to the legendary Italian designer.
This exceptional exhibition marks the fiftieth anniversary of the Armani brand, celebrating its journey and cultural influences.
Over 120 iconic pieces from the Armani/Archivio collection are displayed, offering visitors a journey through five decades of creations that redefined contemporary fashion.
The exhibition goes beyond simply showcasing clothing, creating an unprecedented dialogue between fashion and art.
Giorgio Armani’s works are displayed alongside masterpieces of Italian painting, including works by Caravaggio, Raphael, and Bellini.
This fusion of Milan’s artistic heritage with Armani’s modern and avant-garde vision offers a unique immersive experience, allowing visitors to rediscover iconic pieces, such as the soft-shouldered suit worn by Richard Gere in American Gigolo and evening gowns worn by Juliette Binoche.
This set-up bridges Milan’s artistic past with Armani’s creative vision.
In addition to showcasing his fashion pieces, the exhibition includes interactive installations and video projections, offering a complete immersion into Giorgio Armani’s creative universe.
The exhibition is open Tuesday to Sunday, from 8:30 AM to 7:15 PM, with the last access at 6:00 PM.
Discounted tickets are available for holders of Armani/Silos tickets.
The exhibition culminates symbolically on September 28, 2025, with a fashion show designed and orchestrated by Armani before his passing, where celebrities like Cate Blanchett and Richard Gere paid tribute to the designer.
This event represents the ultimate homage to his creative legacy in a city he always considered home.
