DEEP BLUE DIGITAL, THE TECHNICAL AND ORIGINAL JERSEY

Deep Blue Digital, from the Argentona group, was founded in 1997 by a group of professionals with a tradition in the textile sector. The company also wanted to create a structure specialized in fabrics for the world of sports, as well as technical clothing and prints. They have a collection of more than 200 fabrics for all types of sports activities (active and fashion), and professional and sanitary activities, which are developed in various fibers of polyester, polyester/elastane and polyamide/elastane.

Constant innovation allows Deep Blue Digital to improve their product offerings, as well as their quality standards. It is also thanks to their facilities and equipment that they can work with a one color piece for samples and accessories. All their fabrics are certified Oeko Tex 100 class 1.

Their digital printing department specializes in the design of swimwear, leggings and sportswear of all kinds, which they use in their own collections or according to the designs of the clients. They have different printing techniques: they use acids for polyamide bases or dispersion methods for polyester fabrics. Currently, their printing capacity can reach about 6,000 meters per day.
