DESIGUAL X HED MAYNER

Desigual launches a minimalist unisex collection in collaboration with designer Hed Mayner.

The famous Spanish brand has once again teamed up with a renowned designer: Hed Mayner, from Israel, renowned for his expertise in manipulating volumes. Together, they have created a refreshingly inclusive capsule for Desigual. The designer offers the Spanish brand his undeniable know-how in a dozen irresistible pieces.

The Israeli designer made his mark back in 2015 with his bold approach to volumes and textiles, shaking up the conventions of men's dressing.

In 2019, Hed Mayner was awarded the prestigious LVMH Karl Lagerfeld Prize.

Mayner's unparalleled attention to detail seems to have captivated Desigual. The result of this collaboration is a first for the brand, a genderless collection in which 12 exclusive pieces reinvent sartorial basics, defying gender norms.

Together, they give life to a collection that is both minimalist and structured, in perfect harmony with the designer's distinctive codes: comfort, ample volumes and uncluttered cuts. The pieces are made in limited editions from quality materials.

According to a press release, Desigual presents "its very first 100% genderless collection, the fruit of its first collaboration with designer Hed Mayner."

This timeless capsule offers a complete range, with prices ranging from 119 euros for an oversized cotton t-shirt, to 435.95 euros for a recycled wool short coat.

The Desigual x Hed Mayner collaboration was launched in Japan on November 13, and is now available at selected Desigual outlets in Europe, including its Parisian boutiques Bonaparte and Rosiers. All these pieces are also available for purchase on the brand's online boutique.
