RABANNE X H&M
An explosive new collaboration sets the fashion world on fire. Rabanne x H&M dreams of the future across the decades. A subtle blend of futuristic fantasy and a touch of retro romance inspired by the nonchalance of the 70s.
Rabanne continues to push the boundaries of fashion with his provocative and unexpected style. Julien Dossena, the house's artistic director, is collaborating with H&M to make the Rabanne brand more accessible, with no difference in quality or creativity.
This is a real godsend for Rabanne fans, who will be able to acquire an exclusive Rabanne signature piece. The capsule collection features unique metallic pieces, emblematic of the brand, as well as other unique pieces with a completely different design, always following a festive direction.
The collection doesn't stop there, however, with a selection from H&M Home. For the first time, the house of Rabanne is offering objects for the home, making it the most extensive range of home decoration ever produced by a designer in collab with H&M. It features a curtain with metal tassels, graphic vases, boxes, metal playing cards and dice, a gourd, furniture... This selection is only available in certain countries.
"I wanted this collection to emphasize the inclusive, dynamic side of the brand, counterbalanced with 1970s-inspired tailoring and sportswear pieces. Paco Rabanne was a genius when it came to radical design and innovative materials; I'm delighted to deepen this philosophy with a collection that makes our icons more accessible while pushing the boundaries of circularity," says Julien Dossena.
