HOME + WORK = BOUNCE!

The pandemic and teleworking have changed the way we live. In our homes, private and professional life now coexist. When choosing furniture, modularity, practicality, health, and aesthetics are now part of the prerequisites. BOUNCE has summarised this!

Antoine Jeraj

Created by Montreal designer Antoine Jeraj, the BOUNCE stool was designed to reduce the amount of agitation a person experiences when sitting at work and increase productivity. The trick: a small bouncing ball inserted under a flexible seat allows the user to move while sitting!

The chair is one of those objects used in everyday life but does not necessarily meet our needs. Antoine Jeraj wanted to create a chair that combines aesthetics, comfort, and functionality.

Naturally, the body needs to move, and it starts to move to boost blood circulation and find comfort: bouncing, tilting, leg games, foot movements, etc. The BOUNCE design is based on this observation. The stool is wood with elastic properties, an ergonomic backrest, three footrests, and a bouncing ball. This minimalist-looking chair is more sophisticated than a simple task chair.

The simple, clean design allows this work stool to fit into any space and style. Its playful, bouncy aspect may also appeal to very active children.
