Desigual marked its 40th anniversary with a spectacular runway show, unveiling its spring-summer 2025 collection under the sunset of Barcelona, its hometown.
The event, entitled “Reflections”, took place on June 6, bringing together a host of celebrities and fashion influencers, reaffirming the brand’s lasting impact on the industry.

The setting for this celebration was breathtaking: the fashion show took place along a catwalk more than 100 meters long, punctuated by mirrors reflecting the magnificent sunset over Barcelona’s coastline.
Amelia Gray, voted Daily Front Row Model Of The Year 2024, and Hari Nef, brand ambassador, opened the show with daring looks.
The front row included the likes of Paris Jackson, Ester Expósito, Thylane Blondeau and Clara Berry.

Under the creative direction of Helena Tejedor, the collection revisited Desigual’s Mediterranean roots and archives.
Rather than relying solely on traditional culture, Tejedor favored an innovative and versatile style, evoking the nostalgia of long summer days and the ephemeral beauty of nature. Pieces inspired by the Mediterranean Sea and summer sunsets paraded, combining cool, versatility and effortless elegance.
The collection included garments that celebrate diversity and authenticity, from lightweight dresses to structured jackets and navy-inspired pieces, capturing the essence of Mediterranean summer.

Desigual, under the leadership of Thomas Meyer, has established itself as a figurehead of free, authentic and optimistic fashion.
The brand continues to surprise with bold collaborations such as those with Alphonse Maitrepierre, Collina Strada and María Escoté. These partnerships, combined with inspiring ambassadors such as Nathy Peluso and Hari Nef, have strengthened the brand’s appeal, positioning it among the most sought-after labels of the moment.
The brand also explored innovative avenues, notably with the use of artificial intelligence to create unique pieces, and continued its sustainable approaches, such as the On Demand model.

Finally, the event concluded with an afterparty on the roof of Desigual headquarters, offering a breathtaking view of Barceloneta beach.
