TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
ARTICLE 1 – SCOPE These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded between PROMOSTYL, a company specialized in publishing Trend Books, training, and trend consulting, and any professional customer wishing to acquire the products and services offered on its website.
ARTICLE 2 – PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PROMOSTYL offers Trend Books, training courses, subscriptions, and consulting services. The essential characteristics of each product are presented on the website.
ARTICLE 3 – PRICES Product and service prices are indicated in euros excluding tax and are subject to change. PROMOSTYL reserves the right to modify its prices at any time without notice, but products will be billed based on the rate in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
ARTICLE 4 – ORDERS Orders can be placed via the website or by directly contacting PROMOSTYL. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
ARTICLE 5 – PAYMENT Payment is due upon ordering. It may be made by credit card, bank transfer, or any other method accepted by PROMOSTYL.
Upon receipt of your payment, you will receive your invoice and access codes to log in to your client area.

Stripe, a secure online payment service via credit card.
Quick and secure payment. The invoice amount will be debited from your credit card.
Bank Transfer You will receive bank details for the transfer on your invoice.
Upon receipt of your payment, you will receive your invoice and access codes to log in to your client area.
ARTICLE 6 – PRODUCT DELIVERY
- Printed Trend Books are shipped by post.
- Digital Trend Books are available for download.
- Training and consulting services are provided online or in person according to agreed terms.
ARTICLE 7 – WITHDRAWAL AND CANCELLATION Professional clients are not entitled to a withdrawal period. Any order cancellation after payment will not be refunded unless exceptionally agreed by PROMOSTYL.
ARTICLE 8 – LIABILITY PROMOSTYL shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of information provided in its Trend Books or training. The client is responsible for the use of purchased products and services.
ARTICLE 9 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All contents, Trend Books, training materials, and documents provided by PROMOSTYL are protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, distribution, or exploitation without authorization is strictly prohibited.
ARTICLE 10 – DATA CONFIDENTIALITY Personal data collected during sales is treated with the utmost confidentiality and in accordance with applicable regulations.
ARTICLE 11 – GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES These GTC are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
PROMOSTYL reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time.
