The Store Sales Associate must welcome customers and win their trust by demonstrating their knowledge of the clothing sector, both in terms of general culture and aesthetics. He must act as the interface between his company and the customer during the purchasing act, which will be carried out following fittings and advice.
Sales can be made on the spot, or via the Internet if the brand's technical expertise offers this option. In addition, the Sales Consultant is expected to contribute to the boutique's theatricality by optimizing product presentation and storage.
