The Multicolored Knits of the Season

This winter, between cold temperatures, the rain, the snow and the wind, we just want to be warm in our big sweaters, because nothing motivates us to dress in an eccentric way. So, we opt for our big knits, comfortable pants, XXL coats, scarves and beenies, all obviously in dark colors. But why don't we dare colors? For the new year 2022, let's change our habits and try to sharpen our winter outfits with the trend of multicolored sweaters!

TENDANCE EN SECONDE MAIN

On social networks, like Instagram and Tik Tok, the tone is set. Several influencers like Laura Matamoros, Violaine Carossino and Koukla Lapidus, have decided to put color on their feed and in their lives. We also spot this trend in the popular Netflix series Emily in Paris. The actress Lily Collins, is spotted several times with colorful sweaters and cardigans in yellow, pink, green, blue or even purple. On a sweater, on a wrap around, or on a shirt, the rainbow or multicolored trend, is declined in all its forms. Brands like Rose Carmine or Manoush take advantage of this trend to integrate a whole range of multicolored clothes in their collection. It is time to add color to your dressing room!

You might ask how to wear multicolored sweaters? Nobody is really comfortable with the word multicolor when it comes to clothing. One quickly imagines a mixture of colors that do not go together and therefore, an outfit almost impossible to wear. And yet, sweaters and cardigans with multiple colors are quite easy to combine with other clothes. You can pair your rainbow piece with black flare jeans for a casual look, or a mini skirt and tights for a more stylish outfit. You can opt for pants in the same tones as the sweater and if you want to dare the eccentricity, dare patterned pants with a trench coat over it.
