Jen Atkin is America's most popular celebrity hair stylist! She has styled the hair of the Kardashian-Jenner sisters as well as the Hadid sisters, and is considered to be one of the most influential hair stylists in the world. It was in 2016 that she took the plunge and decided to create the OUAI hair care brand, since then, she has become a true entrepreneur. Jen, chose to call her brand OUAI, because she has always loved Paris and the way French people express themselves. That's why she chose this name, a casual and Parisian way to say "yes", to say YES to your hair.
Jen Atkin wanted to create sleek products that were uniquely effective in design and unquestionably high in quality. Her passion for travel helped her design the brand she imagined. For example, for the packaging of her products, she was inspired by the Parisian brand Diptyque to create simple and neutral packaging. It is the women of the Emirates who guided her in the formulation of her products because she has always found that they have beautiful hair. She studied their hair routines to discover the ingredients they used in order to formulate her own hair products.
The hair products found in the OUAI product line are: shampoos and conditioners, treatments and masks, styling products and products specifically dedicated to curly hair. Jen Atkin has expanded her business and products beyond hair care because she took into consideration what her customers wanted, so she also created body and hand products, as well as candles and fragrances.
